CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At CANYON IT LLC customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Before you initiate any dispute, we request our valuable clients to get in touch with us so that we can figure out what the issue is. Our email address and phone number are mentioned in the receipt sent after you pay. Once we initiate the design process it takes several hours, dedication, hard work and internal expenses to build the design. Therefore, by signing up with us you acknowledge that your payment is non-refundable.

By signing up for our services you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy and agreed to be bound by it. Payments for web design projects, logo design, initial website mockup, plugin integration, web hosting, domain registration and all other smaller design components within a website that are once made are non-refundable. Therefore, customers are requested to do their research before they trust us to provide them the product mentioned in the phone call, email or text. Customers shall only be refunded when we cannot deliver what we had promised or if the project's completion takes too long than what was described earlier. Change of mind and friendly fraud by customers after signing up with us will not be entertained.

Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us directly to address any billing issues. Disputing for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. If the payment was made by the customer by clicking on a payment link or by paying an invoice sent to the email, the payment cannot be disputed as a fradulent charge.

Customers should know that when a chargeback occurs we have to pay a certain fee to the payment processor and this will be a loss for us. Not only so, the dispute rate and charge back percentage will be detrimental for our company's prestige as a merchant. So customers should consult with us and rather ask for a refund. In case we agree to refund you, the refund will be made within 45 days. We cannot immediately refund you any payment you had made because we have to pay our bills to cover our expenses and it would take us some time to make the funds available for us to refund you.

Refunds on cancellation can only be processed if the customer has notified about cancellation as soon as after making the payment. No refund will be entertained if the subscription for web hosting has already been started. Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances. CANYON IT LLC reserves the right to grant or deny any refund requests. Our policies are made easily available for review prior to any purchase being made.
